The Soft Blast System is an air driven system that uses baking soda to perform the actual cleaning. The baking soda is 100% biodegradable. This system is perfect for insulation cleaning, weld inspections, oil and grease spills. It can also be utilized in fire restoration, fin fan cleaning and exchanger tube cleaning.

In most cases, plant air is sufficient to run the system and complete the jobs. Soft Blasting is extremely safe. There is approximately eighty pounds of blasting pressure. Standard personal protective equipment is required, as well as dust masks. A small amount of water is injected into the steam in order to keep the dust at a minimum.

The applications for this system are endless. Two man crews would be used whenever possible. The system is lightweight and very mobile. DISC will work with their customers in order to provide the best quality service in the industry.
