This set-up is designed to use our Hydro Lazing system and vacuum truck to clean piping and capture 100% of the water and product from the piping. We flange up to both ends of the pipe and vacuum the product directly to a vacuum truck or vacuum boxes.

We can clean piping with lengths up to 1,500 feet and twenty 90's, under optimal conditions. DISC's specially designed nozzle allows for 100% cleaning. Our brochure shows piping that is laying on the ground, however, we can clean piping in pipe racks with minimal scaffolding or working off a man lift.

Applications for Hydro Lazing includes pre-operational pipe cleaning, heat exchanger tubes, tanks, silos, flare lines, furnace tubes, TLE's and TLX's, plus many other applications. Hydro Lazing can also clean coke, bauxite, polyethylene, water scale, rubber and other scale from concrete, PVC, HDPE, carbon and stainless steel piping, without damaging the pipe.
