Ultra-High Pressure Hydro Cutting

DeBusk Industrial Service Company (DISC) provides ultra-high pressure hydro cutting services. We utilize 40,000 psi to cut concrete and metal when other methods are not safe or practical. We can cut through concrete walls, including rebar. The same can be said for concrete culverts.

There are applications for hydro cutting in many areas such as fluidized catalyst cracker units, coker units and tank farms. Hydro cutting can be used to cut the tops off of regenerators, reactors and refractionator columns. It can also be used to cut piping of all different sizes and lengths. Our circular cutting tracks can be utilized for cutting manways and door sheets with radius corners. Hydro cutting can be used to cut door sheets of all different sizes in tanks or vessels. Heat exchanger shells can be cut as well.
